Founded in 2014 by Julia Cartagena (formerly Pergoliti), Chakra Angel began as a spiritual and wellness centre in Hamilton Hill, Western Australia, with a vision of creating meaningful experiences that inspire, educate and transform lives.
What started as a local wellness business quickly evolved into one of Australia’s leading facilitators of spiritual, wellness and motivational events. Through passion, dedication and a commitment to excellence, Chakra Angel expanded to become the largest organiser of the Perth Psychic and Wellness Fair, successfully producing and facilitating the event for six consecutive years and welcoming thousands of attendees from across Australia.
Today, Chakra Angel Worldwide Events Pty Ltd is a specialised events company focused on creating, promoting and facilitating large-scale wellness, spiritual, inspirational and motivational events throughout Australia and internationally.

Julia Cartagena is an accomplished entrepreneur, event producer, international author, motivational speaker and Psychic Medium with a diverse career spanning multiple industries.
Long before entering the wellness space, Julia built a successful reputation in the cake decorating and event industry. Recognising a gap in the Australian market, she created and facilitated Australia’s first major Cake and Baking Expo, bringing together industry leaders, educators and enthusiasts from across the country.
Julia is also known for bringing internationally renowned celebrity baker Buddy Valastro, famously known as “Cake Boss,” to Australia for his first-ever international live appearances, producing successful shows in both Perth and Sydney.
